Before the remodel, the kitchen layout limited how the space could be used and separated key living areas. By relocating the kitchen and rethinking the overall layout, the goal was to create a more connected, flexible environment that better supports both everyday living and entertaining.

The new kitchen features Carrera Marmi quartz countertops, a champagne bronze faucet and hardware, and a range hood that complements the existing appliances—bringing together warmth and contrast in a clean, modern design.
Texture, Color, and Custom Elements
Subway tile installed in a varied pattern adds depth and visual interest, while two-tone flush slab cabinetry creates a contemporary look. Floating oak shelves introduce warmth and provide a natural accent to the corner space.
