Featured West Linn Remodels
This featured room shows a remodeled master bathroom with extensive large format subway tile work and flat pebble tile accents used to highlight the freestanding soaker tub and walk-in shower. A dark stained birch sitting/storage bench and vanity cabinet contrast the subtle colors throughout.
A two-story addition that added an informal eating area while modifying the kitchen to be more usable as well as a family room to the first floor. Above on the 2nd floor we expanded an existing office and added another bedroom. Outside we created a covered deck area so the family could enjoy their backyard year-round.

Phillipe, Ron & Adam did an outstanding job on our kitchen. They completely gutted the original 1977 vintage kitchen and installed our dream kitchen, along with a new circuit breaker panel in the garage. They were on time every day, and work was done exactly when they said it would be done. They cleaned up nicely every day. The subcontractors were also on time, starting and finishing when they said they would. Despite a couple of minor glitches that were handled immediately, the project was finished on-budget and three days early. The best Valentine’s Day present we ever got! We plan to use Phillipe and crew again to remodel both of our bathrooms.
We completed two bathroom tear-outs with NW Residential. Philippe had great attention to detail in terms of what we wanted to accomplish and the materials we wanted to use. He let us know his schedule up-front, was able to stick to it even with a few change-orders mid-stream, and completed remodel work in a timely and professional manner. Philippe worked with us and let us complete some of the activities to save on project cost, assuming we didn’t get in the way of his schedule.
