NW Residential did a great job! We are very happy with the decision to work with Phillipe and his team. High quality work on a project that was done on schedule and on budget. We were looking for a relationship that would allow us to do some of the work that made sense, so that we could spend the money on quality components and stay in our price target. We were able to do the demolition and painting and spend the money on improvements. We also re-piped the house just before, so we were able to have NW Residential work with our plumber. Proposal process was very professional and logical. Phillipe took the time to understand what we were trying to do. Proposal had an initial budget for services and also an allowance for different materials. We adjusted the materials, but the services pretty much stayed the same as long as the work was in line. Once we defined the project, it was managed to budget and schedule. The crew showed up every day that they said they would on time. They did a great job of cleaning up every day, although remodeling can be a bit disorienting for the homeowners! Everyone on his crew was also great to work with. You could tell they have worked together on many jobs. You could tell that NW Residential took the time and effort to do things right. The shower tiling system was very innovative and made things look much better. Not the lowest, or highest cost contractor that we talked to, but we made the right choice. We will certainly look to work with NW Residential in the future for our kitchen remodel.

We had a basement bathroom in desperate need of a remodel. Philippe was very patient with us and answered all our questions. Philippe and the rest of his crew were very professional with our project. We originally wanted him to do just the bathroom and then changed our minds and asked him to replace all our interior doors as well. That was no problem for him. The bathroom turned out better than we had expected. It is beautiful. It is our guest bathroom and is not used very often but now our guests can be comfortable in the large walk in shower. I recommend you use Phillipe’s cabinet maker. He is amazing. We actually went out to his workshop and chose all of our features and the color. They turned out fantastic! Definitely one of the focal points in the new bathroom. I would definitely recommend NW Residential for any remodel. We will surely call them again when we decide on our next project.
