Lake Oswego
Lake Oswego, Oregon is perhaps the most beautiful city in SW Portland with portions of the city extending into 3 counties. Lake Oswego is largely known for its 405 acre lake with spectacular lake front properties but has a diversity of neighborhoods from Mountain Park to the north to West Ridge in the south. Before being incorporated in 1910 Oswego was a big producer of iron ore in the Northwest. Later in the 1930’s the focus changed to land development and specifically the construction of fine homes. You’ll find many notable people that live in Lake Oswego’s affluent neighborhoods along the lake and Willamette river as well as finding the Portland Oregon Temple of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. We created a new kitchen in Lake Oswego with new materials including quartz countertops, a granite undermount sink, and painted cabinets.
This featured kitchen has a centerpiece island cabinet which highlights the rest of the shaker style kitchen cabinets. Traditional marble tile backsplash compliments the colors of the quartz counters. The stainless steel appliances from the commercial gas range to the microwave drawer make for a great cooking environment for these homeowners.
This master bath incorporates a contemporary color palette with modern styling. We created a large walk-in shower with custom niche and frameless glass to make it the center piece of this space. The matching glass tile back splash helps tie the stained cherry vanity and quartz countertop into the rest of the space.
