We also show the reverse view from the living room to kitchen and dining room. It was time to get to work, starting with a gutted kitchen and removal of the dividing wall and soffits. There was no comparison after the remodel was finished. Light and bright quartz counters compliment the natural wood tones throughout while the matching stained alder fireplace panel wrap is installed on the kitchen side to tie the dining and kitchen spaces together.
Customization was essential.
The old brick fireplace was painted on the living room side and waterproof laminate flooring was installed throughout the main floor. Perhaps most importantly, the beautiful views to the outdoors can now be seen from any vantage point.

Here is the newly remodeled master bathroom with a modern barn door style tub glass, tile surround and floor. There are also quartz countertops and splashes with undermount sinks. The walnut horizontal grain match vanity cabinet contrasts nicely with the overall lighter color pallet.

The remodeled space has a tiled walk-in shower with a spacious custom niche and frameless shower glass. The hex pattern shower pan tile compliment the 12×24 shower walls as well as the matching floor tile.
The whole home remodel included a finished laundry room that’s now clean and bright and much more functional. We finished the walls and ceiling including added lighting and applied an epoxy floor coating to the concrete slab. A large storage cabinet, new closet space and a shoe organizer keep the room clutter free.

The remodeled bath has a tiled walk-in shower with spacious niche and frameless shower glass. The hex pattern shower pan tile complements the 12×24 shower wall tile.
